Warehouse Operations Specialist – Charlotte, NC
Shipping | Assembly | Inventory
Warehouse Operations Specialist – Shifts & Pay:
  • Shipping: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $15.00/hr.
  • Assembly: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.00/hr.
  • Inventory: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $15.50/hr.
Warehouse Operations Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

Shipping – 
  • Prepare and package outgoing orders
  • Load/unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
Assembly – 
  • Perform one-line assembly of electrical components
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals
Inventory –
  • Receive and stock incoming materials
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Organize warehouse shelves and bins

Warehouse Operations Specialist – Key Requirements: 

  • Must have a stable work history (minimal job hopping)
  • Previous hands-on experience in role working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with both heavy and light lifting
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Steel-toed boots/shoes required; additional PPE provided
