Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers for a temporary special Mother’s Day Project. This role will primarily be responsible for building boxes and assembling pallets in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.

This role will primarily be responsible for building boxes and assembling pallets in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble boxes for production needs
- Stack and wrap pallets once box-building tasks are completed
- Work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures including PPE requirements
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials throughout the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong attendance and reliability are required
- Comfortable working in cold storage conditions
- Must be able to lift heavy weight of 50+ pounds
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods
- Fluent Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Previous warehouse or palletizing experience
Schedule and Pay
- Temporary Project
- Working 7 days a week, approximately 2 – 2 ½ weeks
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (or until the job is complete)
- Overtime available
- Application window: Open until filled
- Pay – $16.00 per hour
