We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers for a temporary Special Mother’s Day Project. This role will primarily be responsible for building boxes and assembling pallets in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish or bilingual in English/Spanish

Schedule
- Working 7 days a week, approximately 2-2 1/2 weeks
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (or until the job is complete)
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble boxes for production needs.
- Stack and wrap pallets once box-building tasks are completed.
- Work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Comfortable working in cold storage conditions.
- Must be able to lift heavy weight of 50+ pounds
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods
- Fluent Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Previous warehouse or palletizing experience
