Position Summary
The Wave Planner is responsible for coordinating and releasing daily order waves within the warehouse management system to optimize picking, packing, and shipping operations. This role ensures efficient workflow, timely order processing, and alignment with operational priorities.

- Coordinate and release daily order waves within the warehouse management system

Required Qualifications
- Approximately 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Basic experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferably Manhattan Scale
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Understanding of warehouse processes (picking, packing, shipping)
- Familiarity with inventory control and order management
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze workflow and suggest improvements
- PPE Requirements
- Steel toe shoes, safety goggles, safety vest
Employment Type & Compensation
- Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position
- Compensation: $62,400.00-$114,400.00 per year, based on experience
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
