Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Logistics Developer to drive process improvements and operational excellence within a fast-paced distribution center in Allen, TX. This role is responsible for developing and implementing efficient logistics processes, optimizing operational layouts, leading distribution center improvement projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, identify opportunities to enhance safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and help implement new technologies, processes, and best practices that improve overall distribution center performance while maintaining compliance with quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and implementing efficient logistics processes, optimizing operational layouts, leading distribution center improvement projects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvement independently and be an innovator of new ways of working
- Drive the development of processes and ensure an efficient flow of operational functions, always keeping in mind the need for a safe working environment understanding and focus on customer needs
- Development of new processes to enable efficiency & effectiveness
- Design & implementation of operational layouts to improve internal processes
- Project Leader for new initiatives related to the distribution center including the evaluation of new investments, pre-studies, implementation and commissioning
- Train employees at the distribution center in new processes and routines
- Work in close collaboration across all departments, ensuring adequate communication within each function of the Distribution Center
- Benchmark and provide appropriate tools to measure business performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering or related field, or prior attainment of equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of ERP Systems preferred
- PC literate in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Process-focused mindset specifically geared toward continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to manage and self-prioritize multiple simultaneous competing demands effectively
- Projected self-confidence at a level to help enable others receiving recommendations to improve current state
- Proactive focus and approach to problem identification and resolution
- Project Management, organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and educate others on newly implemented processes and ways of working
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to understand and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural/language environment
PPE Requirements
- Steel toe shoes, safety goggles, safety vest
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to sit-down and stand-up on forklift
Employment Type & Compensation
- Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position
- Compensation: $52,000.00 – $83,200.00 per year, based on experience
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
