We are hiring on behalf of our client for a CDL Class A Driver / Yard Laborer in Albertville, MN. This is a local delivery driver position with home daily routes, steady hours, and a mix of truck driving + warehouse/yard work.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL truck for local deliveries
- Deliver roof trusses, floor trusses, and building materials to residential construction sites
- Perform load securement (strapping, chaining) and ensure safe transport
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DOT compliant)
- Assist with loading/unloading lumber and materials
- Support yard operations, warehouse work, and general labor tasks
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (as needed)
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Clean driving record and safe driving history
- Experience with flatbed, construction, or lumber delivery (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, loading, outdoor work)
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Experience in warehouse, yard, construction, or manufacturing environments is helpful
- Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindset
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
- No overnight routes
