We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a powder coat line team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for completing the powder coating process while maintaining quality standards and production goals. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team setting.

Schedule
  • 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00AM–4:00PM  
  • 2nd shift | Monday-Friday| 4:00pm–2:30am | Saturdays as needed
Key Responsibilities
  • Move sandblasted bumpers and grill guards into the paint booth for processing
  • Remove debris from parts using an air hose prior to coating
  • Apply powder coating following approved procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain and perform basic upkeep of coating equipment to ensure proper operation
  • Read and follow work orders, prints, and measurements accurately
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred  
  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred  
  • Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements
  • Experience operating equipment such as coating guns, pumps, compressors, and measuring tools preferred
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. consistently
  • Ability to work standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in environments with fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels
  • Willingness to rotate into other production roles as needed
