Position Summary
As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a PM and Maintenance schedule working with production up and downtime
- Work with all departments on work orders and maintaining inventory of parts for all equipment and facilities
- Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics to perform required maintenance and service
- Adhering to all company policies including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, Food Safety, Safety, Gluten Free, Sanitation, etc.
- Installing, moving, repairing, and removing equipment and utilities within the building
- Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and adjusting
- Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities (as needed)
- Detecting faulty operations and defective material and reporting those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
- Following LOTO procedures when working on machinery (Will be certified in house)
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- Experience working in industrial maintenance required
- Experience working in beverage production facility a plus
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus
- Four or more years of manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to understand and use basic computer applications and data collection and recording (Excel, SAP, Email, etc.)
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Abilit to work for extended periods while standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier weight necessary at times
- You must wear non-slip shoes. Additional PPE provided.
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- Days | 2-2-3 | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights | Not 2-2-3 | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Nights | Not 2-2-3| Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
