Job Summary
We are seeking a Deburrer to join our team in Lancaster, SC. In this hands-on industrial position, you will be responsible for removing burrs, smoothing edges, and preparing surfaces before sending them to get painted. This position plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality standards and product readiness for further processing or delivery.

We are seeking a Deburrer to join our team in Lancaster, SC. In this hands-on industrial position, you will be responsible for removing burrs, smoothing edges, and preparing surfaces before sending them to get painted. This position plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality standards and product readiness for further processing or delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints and work orders to understand the desired shape and size of the finished product.
- Perform deburring operations using hand tools, power tools, and other finishing equipment.
- Operate machines or use various hand tools power tools to grind and smooth sharp edges and surfaces to specifications before sending them to get painted
- Inspect parts to ensure proper finishes, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow safety protocols, quality guidelines, and production schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in deburring, blasting, or part finishing preferred
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Always wear required PPE such as gloves, safety glasses or goggles, protective shields or barriers.
Schedule
- 1st shift| 5:00 am – 1:00 pm | Monday-Friday | Overtime available
