Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in Coppell, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team in Coppell, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using an automated voice-directed headset system (English required)
- Accurately pack, load, and unload trailers for inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy
- Handle a variety of household and storage products with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic English comprehension for voice-picking system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
