We are seeking Final Assemblers / Electromechanical Assemblers to support multiple assembly lines within our Load Bank Assembly team. This role plays a critical part in delivering world‑class, high‑quality products that meet customer and engineering specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy assembly, construction, or industrial manufacturing and be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting weight up to 50 pounds.

- 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Build electromechanical assemblies to print, including:
- Laying out, positioning, and physically mounting components
- Wiring assemblies per schematics and performing OHM testing to verify compliance
- Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams with assistance from electricians
- Read, understand, and follow engineering and manufacturing documents, including:
- Bills of materials (BOMs)
- Assembly drawings and work instructions
- Wiring schematics and diagrams
- Perform required in‑process quality checks and escalate non‑conformances as needed
- Follow work order instructions to safely produce required quantities within specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Accurately complete and maintain all required production and quality documentation
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of wiring or electromechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience in heavy assembly, construction, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams preferred
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Good hand dexterity and grip strength
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical ability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment
- Self‑motivated, able to take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and reaching
