Position Summary
NCW is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator for a fabrication shop in the Indianapolis area. This is a hands-on role working on the shop floor, focused on operating and setting up press brake equipment, with a preference for Amada machines.

NCW is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator for a fabrication shop in the Indianapolis area. This is a hands-on role working on the shop floor, focused on operating and setting up press brake equipment, with a preference for Amada machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC press brakes (Amada preferred)
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Perform tooling changes, setups, and machine adjustments
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and tolerance standards
- Support general fabrication works as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC press brake experience
- Experience with Amada machines preferred
- Ability to run setups and operate independently
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Fabrication background is a plus
Schedule and Pay
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm | Friday, ^;00am-3:30pm | Saturday optional OT up to 5 hours
- Pay: $23.00-$30.00 hourly, DOE
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
