Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a Heat Treat department. This position will supervise associates, coordinate production schedules, support training and documentation, and ensure quality and production standards are maintained.

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a Heat Treat department. This position will supervise associates, coordinate production schedules, support training and documentation, and ensure quality and production standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise associates across machining and heat treat operations
- Develop weekly production schedules based on customer requirements
- Complete performance appraisals and administer company policies within the assigned area
- Manage department supplies, inventory, purchasing, and deliveries
- Maintain production, training, and ISO documentation
- Support 5S activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee training
- Monitor equipment maintenance and operate heat treat-specific testing equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to manage and train associates
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, heat treat operations, and heat treat testing equipment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and a valid forklift license
Schedule:
- 1st Shift, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Compensation:
- $55,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience
