Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Utility team member to support the daily cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This hands-on role goes beyond general janitorial duties by assisting with facility upkeep, waste removal, inventory replenishment of consumable supplies, pallet labeling, and supporting production and warehouse operations wherever needed. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, adaptable, and willing to work in multiple areas of the facility to help maintain a clean, organized, and productive workplace while following all food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, can crushers, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment to maintain the facility.
- Remove trash and recyclable materials from production areas using a forklift (forklift certification provided on-site).
- Assist with affixing labels to outbound pallets to support shipping operations.
- Clean and maintain production areas, warehouses, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and other common areas using mops, brooms, squeegees, and other cleaning tools.
- Monitor and replenish consumable supplies throughout the facility as needed.
- Maintain exterior grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and professional appearance.
- Remove standing water and address housekeeping concerns to help maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate the can crusher to properly dispose of aluminum can waste.
- Follow all company policies related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), food safety, and workplace safety.
- Support warehouse and production teams by performing additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous forklift experience preferred; on-site forklift certification and training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist in various departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace while following all safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work for extended periods while standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, pulling, lifting heaving weight
Employment Type & Compensation
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
