Facilities Maintenance Mechanic – Production & Distribution
Frisco, TX
Pay: $27–$32/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)


Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support a large-scale, high-volume production and distribution facility in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment across both print production and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a clean, modern environment with strong leadership, a team-driven culture, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production and distribution equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and conveyor system issues
  • Maintain equipment uptime in a fast-paced, high-output environment
  • Support both print production machinery and warehouse automation systems
  • Diagnose and repair issues on both modern and legacy equipment
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure efficiency
  • Follow all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment

Equipment & Systems
  • Conveyor systems (including automated distribution systems)
  • High-speed production and print lines
  • Screen printing equipment (M&R, Lawson, or similar)
  • Washout booths and reclaim systems (ECO-TEX / LTS)
  • Industrial washers and dryers
  • Compressed air, filtration, and facility systems

Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, production, or distribution)
  • Strong knowledge of Conveyor systems, Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and Print production equipment (screen printing preferred)
  • Ability to work in a large, active production environment
  • Comfortable learning and supporting multiple systems
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and work ethic
