We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support a large-scale, high-volume production and distribution facility in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment across both print production and warehouse operations.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support a large-scale, high-volume production and distribution facility in Frisco, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment across both print production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production and distribution equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and conveyor system issues
- Maintain equipment uptime in a fast-paced, high-output environment
- Support both print production machinery and warehouse automation systems
- Diagnose and repair issues on both modern and legacy equipment
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure efficiency
- Follow all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
Equipment & Systems
- Conveyor systems (including automated distribution systems)
- High-speed production and print lines
- Screen printing equipment (M&R, Lawson, or similar)
- Washout booths and reclaim systems (ECO-TEX / LTS)
- Industrial washers and dryers
- Compressed air, filtration, and facility systems
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, production, or distribution)
- Strong knowledge of Conveyor systems, Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and Print production equipment (screen printing preferred)
- Ability to work in a large, active production environment
- Comfortable learning and supporting multiple systems
- Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and work ethic
