Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with expertise in machining precision parts for the Seismic and Semiconductor sectors, where attention to detail, tight tolerances, and material knowledge is essential. In this role, you will set up, program troubleshoot and optimize setups, perform G-code edits and program adjustments, and operate CNC lathes (Haas preferred) to create high-quality components in a fast-paced ISO-compliant facility.

In this role, you will set up, program troubleshoot and optimize setups, perform G-code edits and program adjustments, and operate CNC lathes (Haas preferred) to create high-quality components in a fast-paced ISO-compliant facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes (Haas preferred)
- Machine parts to precise dimensions and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Use measuring tools to inspect and verify part accuracy
- Perform basic G-code edits and program tweaks on the shop floor
- Optimize setups and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Follow documented ISO processes and strict quality controls
- Collaborate with production management to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of CNC lathe machining experience (Haas preferred).
- Hands-on experience machining Seismic and Semiconductor components.
- Strong understanding of lathe tooling, offsets, and precision inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Must own basic machinist tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes is a plus.

- 1st Shift | 5am-3pm | Monday-Friday
