Position Summary
We are searching for a Senior Production Technician to support our client's daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role provides hands-on leadership, ensures operational performance across key metrics, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a key contributor on the production floor supporting pre-assembly operations through ability in process execution, quality assurance, documentation, and teamwork.

We are searching for a Senior Production Technician to support our client's daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role provides hands-on leadership, ensures operational performance across key metrics, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a key contributor on the production floor supporting pre-assembly operations through ability in process execution, quality assurance, documentation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support production team members to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
- Oversee daily fabrication and assembly activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred) for scheduling, material planning, and production tracking.
- Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps with corrective actions.
- Support standard work, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment readiness.
- Promote a safe, organized, and high-performance work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect components and subassemblies
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English
- Ability to effectively use a tape measure and perform basic math
- Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly
- Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
