Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and shipments  
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently  
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as needed  
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts  
  • Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures  
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards  
  • Assist with material movement throughout the facility  
  • Follow company policies, safety standards, and work instructions at all times  
  • Support team members and supervisors with additional warehouse tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred  
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, assembly, or distribution experience preferred  
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus  
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Basic computer and scanning device experience preferred  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals  
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $18.00 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled  
Work Schedule
  • 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
