Have you met the field’s best and brightest? Check out our MVP’s!

It’s time for an NCW MVP round up! The NCW family takes great pride in hiring the best and brightest talent. We celebrate our employees often and take an extra opportunity to acknowledge the best-of-the-best by naming them an MVP. “Committed to perfection,” “a pleasure to work with,” and “trustworthy in the field” are just a few of the phrases used to describe our MVPs who are nominated by their recruiters. MVPs receive a feature on the NCW Instagram page and a piece of NCW swag as a token of our appreciation.

Michael (September 2021): Michael worked for us on a project in Missouri. Due to the devastating hurricane, he was needed in the recovery efforts. Once he knew this, he was onsite ASAP after driving 16 hours to get to the job. Disaster recovery work has its challenges, but Michael has been straightforward to work with and has gone with the flow despite the obstacles he faced, like driving and finding hotels and supplies.
