Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for large-scale K-12 projects. This role oversees daily field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for large-scale K-12 projects. This role oversees daily field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices
- Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination
- Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years construction experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
- Understanding of ASI’s, RFI’s and Material Submittals Technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
- Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
- OSHA 30
- A valid Driver’s License
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position | Permanent placement with employer
- Pay rate is $75,000 – $175,000 based on experience
- Application Window: Open until closed
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
