Looking for a Safety Rep/Officer to work in Cresthill, IL working with a General Contractor doing ground up retail construction. 

  • 1 Safety Officer/Rep
  • Pay – This is a salaried position – $1730/week (comes out to be 43.27/hr working 40 hours)
    • Per Diem – $50/day + benefits below
    • Client will put them up in a hotel, pay for their flight if they need to fly, and provide a rental car as needed. 
  • Duration – 2+ Months (ASAP until early November)
  • Scope – The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices and OSHA compliance across multiple construction projects. This individual will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and client safety requirements. 
  • Certs – Needs OSHA 30. Ideally First aid & CPR certs as well.
