Job Summary 
We are seeking a Quality Inspector who takes pride in detailed, quality focused work. In this role, you will support, improve, and drive key elements of the Quality Management System while ensuring products meet all required specifications and standards.  

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and uphold company guiding principles and values  
  • Perform first article, in process, and final inspections on: Printed circuit boards (PCBs), Custom cable harnesses, Sheet metal, and machined components  
  • Completed electromechanical assemblies and systems  
  • Interpret and inspect products against assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints  
  • Identify electronic components and verify correct placement and assembly  
  • Verify PCB assembly methods including hand assembly, surface mount (SMT), and through hole processes  
  • Ensure compliance with inspection standards, quality procedures, and documentation requirements  
  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records  
  • Work within and support ESD controlled environments  
  • Communicate inspection results, findings, and concerns clearly to relevant teams  
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality and inspection processes  
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve quality issues  
  • Perform additional quality related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality role  
  • Experience in electronic high-tech manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English  
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inspections accurately and consistently  
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints  
  • Must be able to lift weight up to 50lbs
  • Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely; this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.  

Preferred
  • IPC certifications (IPC600, IPC610, and/or IPC620)  
  • Experience using Epicor ERP / MRP or similar manufacturing systems  
  • Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing principles  
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced computer proficiency  
  • Must be able to lift weight up to 50lbs
  • Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely; this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.  

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
