Position Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of ventilation products by cutting, sewing, heat sealing, and operating a grommet machine to grommet materials. You will also be responsible for participating in the ISO-Quality Assurance process by demonstrating an overall commitment to quality

In this position, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of ventilation products by cutting, sewing, heat sealing, and operating a grommet machine to grommet materials. Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-quality ventilation products by operating production machines safely and efficiently to cut, sew, heat seal, and grommet materials
- Setup and operate industrial sewing machines, heat sealing machine, sheeting and grommet machine
- Closes, flat seams, grommets, folds and hooks materials as required
- Perform quality control inspections continuously throughout the manufacturing process to identify and remove imperfections
- Prepare shipments of finished goods by matching finished goods to factory orders, preparing labels or stenciling products for identification, weighing shipments, and loading finished goods onto trucks or trailers.
- Assist with inventory counts as requested
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math aptitude
- Knowledge of tow motor operations
- Ability to read gauges, weight scales and tape measures
- Basic mechanical nature
- Knowledge of safety rules
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines, heat-sealers (where applicable), grommet machines and rewinders
- Required PPE: Safety glasses, slip resistant shoes
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $18.25 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30PM or 7:00AM – 3:30PM
- Saturday, Sunday | OT as needed
