Position Summary
We are seeking Final Electromechanical Assemblers to support multiple assembly lines within our client's load bank assembly team. This role plays a critical part in delivering world-class, high‑quality products that meet customer and engineering specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy assembly, construction, or industrial manufacturing.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Build electromechanical assemblies to print, including Laying out, positioning, and physically mounting components, wiring assemblies per schematics and performing OHM testing to verify compliance  
  • Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams with assistance from electricians  
  • Read, understand, and follow engineering and manufacturing documents, including bills of materials (BOMs), assembly drawings and work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams  
  • Perform required in‑process quality checks and escalate non‑conformances as needed  
  • Follow work order instructions to safely produce required quantities within specifications  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area  
  • Accurately complete and maintain all required production and quality documentation  
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • One (1) year of wiring or electromechanical assembly experience preferred  
  • Experience in heavy assembly, construction, or industrial manufacturing environments    
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams preferred  
  • Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts  
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools  
  • Good hand dexterity and grip strength    
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills  
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment  
  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative, and work with minimal supervision  
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and reaching  
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $20.00 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled
