As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for accurately moving, issuing, and organizing materials using EPICOR (ERP) while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform material transactions according to production schedules and Epicor (ERP) system signals
- Pull, issue, transfer, and receive parts accurately within Epicor (ERP)
- Read and understand job travelers and sales orders to ensure correct material flow
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
- Load, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Clean, restock, and maintain orderly warehouse and storage locations
- Learn to operate and become certified on various forklifts and material handling equipment
- Visually inspect purchased parts for accuracy and condition
- Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to equipment operation and material handling
- Accurately complete required documentation, tally sheets, and inventory transactions
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all work assignments

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read instructions and plant directives written in English
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely operate equipment and visually inspect materials
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Commitment to following all PPE and safety requirements
