As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for accurately moving, issuing, and organizing materials using EPICOR (ERP) while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform material transactions according to production schedules and Epicor (ERP) system signals  
  • Pull, issue, transfer, and receive parts accurately within Epicor (ERP)  
  • Read and understand job travelers and sales orders to ensure correct material flow  
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Load, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas  
  • Clean, restock, and maintain orderly warehouse and storage locations  
  • Learn to operate and become certified on various forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Visually inspect purchased parts for accuracy and condition  
  • Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to equipment operation and material handling  
  • Accurately complete required documentation, tally sheets, and inventory transactions  
  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all work assignments

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • Ability to read instructions and plant directives written in English  
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing production needs  
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and visually inspect materials  
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly  
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift  
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening  
  • Commitment to following all PPE and safety requirements
