Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
- Drive the forklift in reverse at all times while operating at this facility.
- Use an RF scanner gun to track inventory and accurately record material movements.
- Inspect equipment before using and reporting safety concerns, damage, or maintenance needs.
- Assist with daily cleaning of the building, parking lot, and restrooms, including additional cleanup when customers are expected.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly work environment.
- Use the Paycom app to review and verify time records daily and promptly report discrepancies to help ensure accurate payroll.
Requirements:
- Recent forklift operating experience required, preferably in the most recent job.
- Previous RF scanner gun experience required.
- Valid state driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely while driving in reverse for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance, consistent work history, and commitment to completing assigned duties.
- Ability to use the Paycom app and check time records daily.
- Willingness to perform cleaning and general housekeeping duties, including restroom and parking lot cleanup.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
