Schedule: Full‑time | Monday–Friday (No field travel)

About the Role
We are seeking a Journey‑Level Electrician to join our prefabrication shop, building portable power units used to support industrial and commercial job sites. This is a shop‑based position focused on quality, consistency, and efficiency—ideal for an electrician who enjoys structured work, repeatable builds, and working with detailed specs.
You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components in a controlled shop environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and wire portable power units from prints, schematics, and bills of material
Install panels, breakers, transformers, receptacles, disconnects, and control components
Perform terminations, labeling, and cable management to spec
Test completed units for proper operation and compliance
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary corrections
Follow workmanship, safety, and quality standards at all times
Collaborate with shop leads, engineers, and QA as needed
What We’re Looking For
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of:
Low‑ and medium‑voltage systems
Panel wiring and distribution equipment
NEC requirements and best practices
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with prefab, panel shop, or industrial electrical work preferred
Comfortable working independently in a shop setting
Attention to detail and pride in clean, professional builds
