Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distro Material Coordinator in Faribault to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distro Material Coordinator in Faribault to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely, accurate delivery of materials to meet production needs
- Understand and execute production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Read and interpret job travelers, pick list, and system generated workflow assignments
- Operate powered industrial vehicles within the facility to move materials safely and efficiently
- Execute all material transactions using EPICOR (ERP system) and maintain accurate system records supporting inventory, material follow, and production requirements
- Follow all Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) related to material handling and equipment operation
- Safely operate equipment and visually inspect raw materials for quality and condition
- Collaborate cross functionally with production, materials, and leadership teams
- Comply with all safety polices, procedure, and PPE requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment or demonstrated understanding of material handling best practices
- Experience using an ERP system (EPICORE preferred)
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect raw materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English
- Ability to perform basic math to interpret SOPs, process sheets, and tally sheets
- Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
Schedule
- 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30pm-2:00am
