Commercial Electrician with 5+ years of documented field experience to work on warehouse and office and other commercial projects in New Jersey. The work includes basic rough-in, conduit installation, wiring, lighting, devices, and power distribution.
 
Responsibilities
  • Rough-In Installation: Install metal/PVC conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC), cable trays, and electrical boxes according to layout specs.
  • Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Interpret complex architectural, electrical, and structural blueprints to route systems accurately.
  • Wiring & Pulling: Pull main feeders, branch circuits, and low-voltage or power cabling through conduit systems.
  • Conduit Bending: Bend conduit by hand or using mechanical, hydraulic, and power benders to exact angles and measurements.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure all rough-in work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local municipal codes.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of verifiable experience working for a commercial electrical contractor.
  • Proficiency with commercial rough-in, conduit bending, wiring, and terminations.
  • Previous experience installing rigid and EMT conduit.
  • Own the tools needed for commercial electrical work.
  • Safety conscious 
  • Low-voltage experience is a plus.
  • Need an Aerial / Scissor lift certification 
  • Need OSHA 10
