Position Summary

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team in Warsaw, Indiana. This position will operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality components while following blueprints, specifications, and established quality standards. CNC machining experience is preferred, but candidates with varying levels of experience who are motivated to learn and develop their machining skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including multi-task machines and vertical mills
  • Load tooling, verify machine readiness, and execute production runs based on work instructions  
  • Edit and adjust CNC programs as needed to maintain production efficiency and part accuracy  
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper machining  
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)  
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary tool changes to maintain quality standards  
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and scrap  
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet output and compliance requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.    
Required Qualifications
  • CNC machining or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required for all openings  
  • Must have a minimum 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience  
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings  
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, calipers  
  • Basic math and mechanical skills  
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts  
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/machine shop environment  
  • Willingness to learn new machines, processes, and machining techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with multi-axis or multi-task CNC machines (e.g., mill/turn)
  • Experience with Mazak Integrex is highly preferred
  • Basic CNC programming knowledge with the ability to edit programs as needed
Schedule & Compensation  
  • 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 pm – 1:00 am 
  • $18.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
