Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Supervisor to help oversee daily warehouse operations in Garland, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and helping ensure receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities are completed safely and accurately.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and helping ensure receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities are completed safely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Help assign daily work and coordinate warehouse activities to keep operations on schedule
- Provide hands-on direction, training, and support to warehouse associates
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures
- Help identify and resolve workflow or operational issues on the warehouse floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or related leadership experience
- Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse employees
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep workflow moving efficiently
- Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse environment
- Ability to follow and reinforce company safety and quality standards
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 5:45 am – 2:15 pm | 30-minute lunch
Compensation:
- $30.00 per hour
