Position Summary

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations during the 1st shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all inbound, storage, and outbound activities. The role is responsible for supporting operational performance, team coordination, and continuous improvement within the distribution environment.   

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities during the assigned shift  
  • Lead and support a team of 10+ warehouse associates  
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures  
  • Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs  
  • Coordinate material flow to ensure timely and accurate order processing  
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process adherence  
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, planning, safety, operations)  
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse processes  
  • Support workforce planning, scheduling, and shift coordination
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.    
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution operations  
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more employees  
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and material handling processes  
  • Experience monitoring productivity and supporting operational KPIs  
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments  
  • Experience coordinating labor resources and shift execution  
  • Ability to promote safe working practices and compliance standards  
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in distribution centers or industrial environments  
  • Exposure to inventory control processes and cycle counting activities  
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Direct Hire position  
  • Compensation: $52,000.00 – $83,200.00 per year, based on experience  
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled  
Work Schedule
  • Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
