Electrical Foreman
As a Working Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading commercial and industrial electrical crews while actively participating in daily electrical installations. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires overseeing job site operations, coordinating with project management, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be expected to lead by example, enforce safety standards, and ensure work is completed on schedule while supporting the success of your crew. You will be asked to work on your tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $40-44, $125 per diem
Expected Hours: Minimum of 60 hours per week (Six 10-hour shifts)
Required Skills:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications.
- Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.

- Ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive job site.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Perform electrical installations while working alongside crew members.
- Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide guidance to electricians and apprentices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), company standards, and job site safety requirements.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate material needs and communicate with project management regarding job progress.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, safety procedures, and project progress.
- Foster a positive, professional work environment while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial or industrial construction projects required.
- Experience leading electrical crews in fast-paced construction environments.
- Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
- Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply; English communication is required.
