Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach truck, stand-up, sit-down, cherry picker) safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trailers or trucks
- Check materials for damage and against BOL for accuracy and report any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Enter all incoming orders into the computer and RF systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outbound orders.
- Work is performed Indoor 80%, outdoor 20%.
- Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized ensuring a safe working environment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse material handling and inventory experience is required.
- Previous forklift experience (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker) required. Certification a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbal and written
- Physical ability to lift weight up to 50lbs.
- Able to work for extended hour standing, sitting, bending, reaching, twisting, lifting
- Steel toe boots are required, addition PPE provided
- Candidates must have a consistent work history
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $19.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
