Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Screen Cleaning Technician for an entry level position in Concord, NC. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. The Screen Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining production screens by removing glue and residue, washing and drying screens, and preparing them for reuse. This role may also assist with unloading containers and moving materials as needed. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items regularly and follow workplace safety and dress code requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Scrape glue and residue from screens using hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Wash, rinse, and dry screens thoroughly for reuse
- Inspect screens for cleanliness and damage
- Assist with unloading containers and moving materials when needed
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- No experience required; willing to train
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Comfortable working for extended periods walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $16.00
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime as needed
