Position Summary
In this position, the Assembler is expected to fully understand all warehouse processes to proficiently execute online fulfillment center activates and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for assembling products on the production line and ensuring that all parts and components are assembled correctly and in a timely manner.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse
  • Operate and maneuver material handling equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions
  • Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections (follow LEAN principles)
  • Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies
  • Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Uses hand tools to assemble parts
  • Collaborating with team to assemble products
  • Identify defects and handling them according to established procedures
  • Monitor inventory for correct quantities of components
  • Verify resources and supplies prior to assembly
  • Inspect tools and equipment necessary to perform the task
  • Using reason to solve problems as they rise
  • Report out-of-stock items to management
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
  • No prior work experience required; 2-3 years of experience preferred: prior warehouse experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, pickers, reach trucks, push carts, and wire cutting, paralleling, and pulling head installation machines, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions
  • Must have a consistent work history
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, and adapt to seasonal changes
  • Physical ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.  
  • Comfortable working for extended periods while standing, bending, reaching, twisting, using hands and wrist, lifting
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $17.00 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled

  • Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
