This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and inventory accuracy while following established warehouse procedures and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship materials accurately using warehouse management system (WMS) processes
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and proper material handling procedures
- Prepare shipments, including palletizing, labeling, and processing shipping documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all safety and PPE requirements
- Support order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse setting while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Identify damaged, defective, or out-of-stock materials and communicate issues to warehouse leadership
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior work experience required, 2-3 years of experience preferred: prior warehouse experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, pickers, reach trucks, push carts, and wire cutting, paralleling, and pulling head installation machines, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, and adapt to seasonal changes.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary to receive, pick, pack, ship, and move materials throughout the warehouse, including, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, paralleling wire, installing wire pulling heads, and lifting materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $15.00 per hour
