We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Associate to join our client’s growing team in Frisco, TX. This is an entry-level customer service job with training provided and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and in person
- Perform data entry, order processing, and account updates
- Process online orders, returns, warranties, and backorders
- Use computer systems and POS software to complete transactions
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Work closely with customer service and sales teams
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, office, or front desk)
- Strong computer skills, typing, and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate $18.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
