Position Summary
As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient communication between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and meet clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for understanding the clients’ needs and conveying them accurately to the internal teams, managing schedules, monitoring progress, resolving production issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient communication between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and meet clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for understanding the clients’ needs and conveying them accurately to the internal teams, managing schedules, monitoring progress, resolving production issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and operational targets.
- Act as a liaison among production, quality assurance, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Monitor schedules, inventory, and material availability to prevent delays.
- Track and report production metrics; recommend process improvements.
- Support daily production meetings and prioritize orders based on timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and communicate solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years in production coordination, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
