Position Summary
We’re hiring a hands-on Fabrication Metal Prep Associate to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preparing and finishing metal components to meet quality standards while working safely and efficiently. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely to support production needs  
  • Clean, deburr, polish, and finish metal components to required specifications  
  • Follow work orders, production instructions, and standard procedures  
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and identify defects  
  • Complete basic production reporting and enter data into internal systems  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area  
  • Assist with additional fabrication or production tasks as needed  
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related environment  
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and perform basic inspections  
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality  
  • Basic math and computer/data entry skills  
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift  
  • Comfortable working in a production environment with safety requirements and PPE  
  • High school diploma or GED preferred  
  • Experience reading blueprints, process sheets, or using production systems is a plus  
  • Mechanical or assembly experience is helpful but not required
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is an Urgent Hire | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $20.00 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
  • Weekend Shift | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
