Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to support financial operations in a part-time, temporary capacity. This role is responsible for managing incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records by processing invoices, tracking outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues while supporting overall financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull financial reports from RentalMan and upload data into the LCP tracker  
  • Process invoices and monitor outstanding account balances  
  • Assist with tracking payments and supporting collection efforts  
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records  
  • Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Provide general support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed  

Requirements
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting functions. Not HR or Payroll.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems (experience with RentalMan is a plus)  
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Ability to work independently in an office setting  

Schedule
  • Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8-hours per day
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay of $25.00 per hour  
  • This position is part-time and temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time role
  • Limited or no benefits may be available during the part-time, temporary assignment  
  • If applicable, upon full-time conversion, benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan (e.g., 401(k)), subject to eligibility and company policy
