We are seeking experienced Drywall Hangers who can hit the ground running on a fast-paced, production-driven new construction project. This role requires proven experience hanging drywall on walls and ceilings while maintaining a strong production pace. Ideal candidates are reliable, show up ready with tools, and can consistently meet or exceed daily sheet quotas.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday | 7:00am-5:00pm
- Overtime available and currently Saturdays are required
Key Responsibilities
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings in multi-family new construction
- Work with 4×12 sheets and maintain production pace (40–50 sheets per day)
- Follow crew leads and work efficiently within a team environment
- Read basic blueprints and identify wall types and layouts
- Maintain jobsite safety and follow all PPE requirements
- Support a clean, organized, and productive work area
Requirements
- Steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves (#5), long pants
- Must provide own hand tools, drills/screw guns, and dust mask/respirator
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Proven, recent drywall hanging experience (required)
- Ability to consistently meet production targets (40–50 sheets/day)
- Experience hanging both walls and ceilings
- Must arrive with basic hand tools and screw guns/drills
- Comfortable working on stilts (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Reliable attendance and transportation (must show up ready to work daily)
- Consistent high production output with proven results
- Strong blueprint reading and layout understanding
- Immediate ability to work at pace with minimal ramp-up time
- Dependability and strong work ethic
