Job Summary
As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient production flow, accurate inventory management, and timely material movement throughout the facility by ensuring that the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. You will execute material transactions according to the production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals, learn to operate and become certified on various forklifts and material handling equipment, read, comprehend, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely operate equipment and support product manufacturing, perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

You will execute material transactions according to the production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals, learn to operate and become certified on various forklifts and material handling equipment, read, comprehend, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely operate equipment and support product manufacturing, perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute material transactions according to the production schedule and Epicor (ERP) signals
- Pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor (ERP)
- Operate various forklifts and warehouse material moving equipment (training and certification provided)
- Learn to read and interpret job travelers and sales orders
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Clean, restock, and organize warehouse areas
- Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned
- Adhere to all PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to eyes, hand, feet, and hearing products
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse material handling, or manufacturing is preferred but not required
- Ability to become forklift certified (training provided if no prior certification)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend work directives in English
- Ability to safely operate machines and visually inspect purchased parts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Ability to perform task standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift
- Basic math skills, computer skills, and organizational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills
Schedule: Days | 7:00am–4:00pm
