Success Story
I was the first sales support admin at NCW, and Dan’s intuitiveness allowed me to be myself. I’m always about improving operational processes. So, he had me start this committee called The Process Improvement Committee. I have adapted the practices of this committee in our team, and it is currently in its First Steps. There is still more to be done, but it is an accomplishment for me to continue the momentum of something I started.
