A field employee called saying he completed the OSHA course but didn’t receive a certificate by mail. I contacted his agent to get his OSHA certificate and he was able to start work the next day.

When I was 15 years old, I went to an island in Honduras, and we didn’t have money for a water taxi to get us across 5 miles to another island, so my friends and I took a surfboard and swam across the distance.
