Experience
Totaling 6 years of recruiting experience. I came in as a Direct Hire Recruiter and leaned on those with more experience to hit the ground running. I then moved into a Recruiting Manager role, training new recruiters and mentoring them as they learned the ropes at NCW. Soon after, I became an RSD, overseeing a team and cutting my teeth on the business development side of things while building relationships on the client side. I’m excited to step into my current role on the Development Team & help continue to grow NCW as a whole.
