18 years of recruiting experience. I spent 15 years as residential carpenter and doing stick welding work. When I came to the recruiting side I started as local office recruiter. Then became onsite recruiter for an oil and industrial plant where I was recruiting heavy industrial trades.

I placed a candidate as a crane operator back in 2008, we’ve kept in touch and built a great relationship. They were promoted to superintendent and now oversee all crane operators, even doing business with us as a client now!
