I have 2 1/2 years of recruiting experience. I used to do high volume warehouse recruiting and I would go out and lead tours on site. Then I became a business development representative and have over a year of experience building relationships, managing client accounts, and leading strategy sessions with recruiters focusing on high level skilled manufacturing roles.
