Success Story
Before I was promoted into my role, I’m not sure who handled all of our job boards. I did recognize it as a problem in my previous role because people came to me because they thought it was me who did that, but there were a lot of people who work here three to six months without access to an external job board to even source form or post job. So, playing a role in organizing processes when it comes to systems is my accomplishment.
