Job Summary
As a Yard Operator, you will be responsible for providing efficient operations of one or multiple yards which includes forklifts and safely and efficiently ensuring a safe working environment, loading, and unloading products, executing standard receiving and shipping processes. Prior forklift operation experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and effectively ensuring a safe working environment
- Inspect all equipment used daily
- Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system
- Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery
- Always adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Previous forklift operation experience required
- Strong attention to detail required
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Must wear safety shoes, work pants or jeans: additional PPE provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Days | 6:00am-3:30pm
