Job Description:
We are searching for a skilled and safety-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator with proven experience operating reach trucks for a leading distribution center located in Sturtevant, WI. In this role, you will perform order picking, inventory handling, and material movement throughout the facility. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of inventory within a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck forklift experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence, accuracy, and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred.
- Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
- Reach truck experience required. Forklift certifications a plus
- Ability to effectively lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout your shift. Ability to work 8+ hours standing, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, lifting.
- Must have a consistent work history.
- Steel Toe boots required (additional PPE provided)
